SHIPPING
Golden Blossom ships to Australia only. We do not ship internationally.
Golden Blossom offers free express shipping on all Australian orders over $300.
All shipping times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with a handy tracking link so you can watch your order from dispatch to your door.

30 Day Change of Mind Policy
If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to:
- meeting the requirements of the Golden Blossom Refund Policy;
- the goods being in “As New Condition”;
- the return is accompanied by proof of purchase;
- your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Definition of ‘As New Condition’: The item must not have been worn and must be in pristine condition with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear. Determination of an item matching the definition of ‘As New Condition’ is at the sole discretion of Golden Blossom Jewellery.
Monogrammed, personalised, engraved, and special orders (including items handmade to customer specifications, and items that have been resized to fit), and earrings are not eligible for the 30 Day Change of Mind Policy.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be read or applied so as to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy implied by law (including the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot by law be excluded, restricted or modified.
What if my item is faulty?
Golden Blossom will accept returns and provide you with a refund (refund will be provided using original payment method) or repair where the goods are:
- faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
- not fit for its intended purpose, or
- do not match the sample or our description; and
You return it within a reasonable length of time and can present a receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.
Golden Blossom reserves the right to return the product to the manufacturer (or a repairs agent) to determine the nature of the problem. Subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, we reserve the right not to offer a refund or repair where the fault is a result of misuse or neglect or does not comply with the terms of the Golden Blossom Returns Policy.
If the item you have received is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team by email [email protected], and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that Golden Blossom does not guarantee our demi-fine product (14ct fine gold plated jewellery) or plated products will last forever. Plated pieces are, by default, more fragile and liable to lose their colour over time. The speed at which the plating fades will depend on multiple variables including chemical products used for skincare, perfumes, levels of perspiration or even your natural skin PH. For this reason, it is particularly important to take special care of your plated jewellery. Make sure to read the care instructions delivered with your purchase to ensure greater longevity and wearability of your product.
What if the item I received is not the one I ordered?
If you have received an item different to the one that you ordered, please contact our Customer Service team by email [email protected], and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I return Sale/Clearance items?
No, you cannot return final sale items.
How do I return my purchase?
To process a return, head to our returns center and follow the prompts.
Items should be returned in their original packaging. Include a copy of your returns slip or order confirmation email in the package.
All shipping return charges must be pre-paid at your cost. We cannot accept cash on delivery returns. We require that returned items are insured during delivery (such as Australia Post ‘Extra Cover’) to safeguard against loss. Golden Blossom will pay for any reasonable return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or the item is received damaged or defective. Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted (as this increases shipping rates). Golden Blossom will not be responsible for increased postage costs due to large packaging and where Golden Blossom is liable for return shipping fees, reserves the right to reimburse you for reasonable shipping costs only, and not for any unreasonable or excessive shipping fees incurred.
All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed. We refund you the same way that you initially paid for your order, excluding any delivery charges, within 15 business days of receiving your returned item.
Golden Blossom Jewellery 30 Day Returns.
For change of mind returns, you must return items in an “As New Condition” purchased from Golden Blossom within 30 days of the date of delivery for a full refund, subject to our refund policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
When will I receive a refund?
We will process your refund within 15 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse. Your financial institution may take additional time to transfer funds back into your account.
How will I be refunded?
We refund you the same way that you initially paid for your order. For Credit Card and PayPal payments, your refund will be credited into the same account your payment originated from.
Governing law
This returns policy is governed by the laws in force in New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
Consent
By using this website you are agreeing to the terms of this returns policy. We reserve the right to modify our returns policy as our business needs require. We will post such changes on our website, after which, your continued use of the web site shall be deemed to be your agreement to the modified terms.
