HOW LONG BEFORE I GET MY JEWELLERY?
We can’t wait to see you wear your new Golden Blossom pieces, and surely you can’t wait to have them! Once you’ve placed your order, it will take 2-3 business days for your order to be crafted, starting from the confirmation date of order. Once shipped, your order will get to you in 2-5 business days.
Though the majority of parcels arrive on time, COVID-19 might try to slow things down, so the delivery time of your order might be influenced. However, our friends at Australia Post are working like crazy to get it all to you ASAP, so no worries!

Made a mistake? If the order is already shipped, it’s probably too late to cancel it, so if you need to cancel an order, let us know quickly and we’ll do our best to update it.

Oh no! This should never happen! However, if we do make a mistake, just let us know and we’ll help you gladly.

We’re always trying to restock sold-out pieces ASAP. We always announce our restocks on social media. If you have your eye on something that’s sold out, follow us on Instagram to stay up to date. However if an item is discontinued, we’ll take it down from our website.
HOW DO I CHECK THE DETAILS OF MY ORDER AFTER I’VE CHECKED OUT?
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you an email so you can check all those details. If you don’t receive an email, please contact us.
CAN I REMOVE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
For sure! Just remove any piece that you don’t want from your cart, before your order is processed and you’re all set!
CAN I USE MY CREDIT CARD SAFELY ON YOUR SITE?
Fear not, your security while shopping online with Golden Blossom is extremely important to us, and we’ve taken all reasonable measures to make sure your credit card and personal details are kept safe at all times.
Stripe is PCI level 1 compliant for credit card processing which means that it adheres to the highest standards of server compliance.
Returns & Exchange
We accept returns under the following circumstances:
- I received my order in poor condition.
- I ordered the wrong size.
- The product is not what I expected and I’d like to exchange it for another one or return it.
If a product is sent back for an exchange or return, it must be in perfect condition and with no signs of wear. It is your responsibility to provide the correct packaging to make sure all items arrive at our facilities in perfect condition. Please see our returns policy for more info.
You must proceed with an exchange or return within 30 days after the day of your delivery.
HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD OF MY PRODUCT?
All our items have a 3-month manufacturer warranty starting from the day your order is delivered. The warranty is valid against defects of materials, and excludes coverage for wear and tear and/or physical or accidental abuse.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GOLDEN BLOSSOM JEWELLERY?
We want you to wear your Golden Blossom jewellery for as long as it makes you feel amazing. Therefore here are our best tips to keep it looking brand new and shiny.
Sterling silver and gold plated jewellery doesn’t like moisture much. So wear it as much as you like, just NOT while showering, swimming, working out, cleaning, doing dishes, sweating up a waterfall or sleeping.
When you are not wearing it, keep it in its original box, to avoid any scratches, in a dry, cool place.
How do we clean our jewellery?
Gold Plated: as these items do not like moisture, the less we clean them the happier they stay. So the best thing for them is to avoid cleaner and other chemicals. To avoid any scratches, just a gentle wipe with a soft cloth will do.
Sterling Silver: they love a visit to the silver jewellery cleaner every now and then, or you can simply polish them with a cloth and some special cleaning solution. Do NOT use the cleaner on the embellished parts. Pearls and crystals only need a wipe with a soft cloth to keep them clean and happy.
One last tip: make sure to put any perfumes and lotions before wearing your jewellery, or just avoid spraying in areas where your jewellery will be. The metals in jewellery might react to some persons skin oils differently. If discolouration occurs it may be due to skin-metal oil reaction. In this case, it is not our responsibility to refund or exchange your item. Golden Blossom Studio is not responsible for the maintenance of your jewellery.
CAN I WEAR MY GOLDEN BLOSSOM JEWELLERY EVERY DAY?
Golden Blossom items are suitable for everyday wear however, being so fine in nature, extra care and attention is required to maintain its prime condition.
